Step 2: We collect from your home. Our Kitaaby Internal Logistic driver comes to your address at the scheduled time. You pack the books in a box (up to 15 kg per box), print the shipping label, and attach it. The driver takes the books to our warehouse.

Step 3: We inspect, grade, and list. Each book is inspected for condition, graded (Like New, Good, Fair), photographed, and listed on our store. Most donated books go to our giveaway store — completely free, the family pays only delivery. Rare or valuable books may be priced at 50–70% off to sustain operations.
